Spoken word/freedom of expression session with AfriKa On My Sleeve. This month's theme is Questionable Intimacy - What goes in, out and around. 

It's 2016 and we are bombarded by conversation about one night stands, being DTF is a thing, sacred intimacy and not letting a lame in your yoni are memes we share, we are screaming about the injustice and lack of action regarding rape culture, objectification, oversexualisation, exoticism, fetishism, the nature of relationships or should we say the blurred lines when defining a relationship and sex. 

Join us on the 27th of July for the fourth spoken word session at Neck of the Woods. The mic is open to all and as always the space embraces and welcomes all forms of freedom of expression that don't harm anyone or the environment.
